TopTech Innovations Hub Ltd (“TopTech”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the LoDuko platform. LoDuko is a product of TopTech Innovations Hub Ltd. TopTech Innovations Hub Ltd is the data controller for personal information processed through LoDuko. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. By using LoDuko you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information — your name, email address and authentication credentials.
• Business inputs — the information you provide through the Business Discovery Wizard so we can generate your reports.
• Generated content — the Feasibility Reports and Business Plans we produce for you.
• Payment metadata — transaction references and status returned by our payment processor. We do not store card numbers.
• Technical information — device, browser, IP address and interaction logs used to operate and secure the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate, secure and improve the LoDuko platform.
• To generate the reports you request through the wizard.
• To process payments and manage entitlements to generated reports.
• To communicate service updates and respond to support requests.
• To detect fraud and comply with legal obligations.

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember essential preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Where analytics cookies are used they are limited to aggregate, privacy-preserving metrics.

5. AI-Generated Content

LoDuko uses large language models to draft your reports. Your business inputs are sent to our AI provider strictly to generate your reports. We do not use your inputs to train third-party models. AI-generated content is provided for planning purposes only and should be reviewed before it is used to make financial, legal or investment decisions.

6. Data Security

We host your data with reputable cloud providers, encrypt data in transit, and apply role-based access controls internally. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account and report data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your personal information within a reasonable period, subject to legal and accounting obligations.

8b. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK)

Where data-protection law such as the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: contract — to create your account, generate the reports you request and process your payments; legitimate interests — to secure the platform, prevent fraud and improve the service; consent — for optional communications such as our newsletter, which you can withdraw at any time; and legal obligation — to meet accounting, tax and regulatory requirements.

8c. Service Providers

We share personal information only with the providers needed to run LoDuko: our cloud hosting and database provider, our authentication provider, our AI model provider (to generate your reports), our payment processor Flutterwave (to take payments) and our email provider (to send account and transactional messages). Each acts on our instructions under a contract. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

8d. International Transfers

TopTech Innovations Hub Ltd is based in Nigeria, and some of our providers operate outside your country. Where information is transferred internationally we rely on the transfer mechanisms offered by those providers, such as standard contractual clauses, and we limit transfers to what is needed to deliver the service.

8e. Exercising Your Rights

To access, correct, export or delete your data, or to object to processing, email hello@loduko.com from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days. You may also unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email. If you are in the EEA or UK you have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you by email or through the product.
