Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LoDuko platform. By creating an account or using LoDuko you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use LoDuko. If you are using LoDuko on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use LoDuko to violate any law or third-party rights.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with, probe or overload the service.
  • Do not reverse-engineer, resell or white-label the platform.
  • Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing.

5. Payments

LoDuko operates on a pay-per-report basis. Payments are processed by Paystack. Prices are shown at checkout and may vary by region and currency. You authorise us to charge the payment method you provide at checkout for the amount displayed.

6. Refund Policy

Because reports are generated on demand and delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable once a report has been generated. If a report fails to generate due to a technical fault on our side, we will re-run the generation or provide a full refund at our discretion. Contact us within 7 days of purchase to raise a refund request.

7. Intellectual Property

The LoDuko platform, brand and underlying software are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the business inputs you submit and of the reports we generate for you, subject to our right to operate the service.

8. AI-Generated Reports

Reports produced by LoDuko are generated using AI models based on the information you provide. They are drafts intended to accelerate your planning process. LoDuko does not provide legal, tax, investment or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying any report before relying on it or sharing it with third parties.

9. Service Availability

LoDuko is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, particularly during Closed Beta.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoDuko will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to LoDuko if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could cause harm to us or to other users.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you by email or through the product. Continued use of LoDuko after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
